Trade show display design operates under different constraints from most other print formats. Viewing happens from a moving audience at varying distances. Key information competes with the visual noise of hundreds of adjacent booths. The most effective displays are visually simple, high-contrast, and communicate the core message within 3 seconds of a visitor’s first glance.
We advise on design priorities during the brief: what is the single most important thing this display needs to communicate, and what is the most important action for a visitor to take at the booth. Everything else is secondary. Our design team has experience working within these constraints to produce displays that perform on the floor rather than just looking good on screen.

Retractable Banner Stands
The most widely used trade show display format. Printed banner that rolls up into a compact base unit and extends to full height in under a minute. Standard widths 24 to 60 inches, heights 72 to 96 inches. We supply printed banner, hardware, or both. Replacement banners for existing hardware also available.

Pop-Up Backdrops and Tension Fabric Displays
Large-format backdrop displays for the back wall of a booth, product launches, and press events. Tension fabric displays use an aluminium frame with a printed fabric cover that stretches for a seamless, wrinkle-free finish. Both transport compactly and set up without tools.

Step-and-Repeat Banners
Backdrop banners with a repeating logo pattern for press events, product launches, sponsor recognition, and photo call areas. Standard formats 8 ft x 8 ft to 8 ft x 20 ft. Supplied as printed banner only or with an adjustable backdrop frame system.

Printed Table Covers and Throws
Fabric table covers with full-colour printed graphics for trade show tables, registration desks, and event tables. Fitted covers for standard 6 ft and 8 ft tables, or throw covers that drape over the front and sides. Wash-resistant inks that maintain the graphic through repeated laundering.

Display Counters, Kiosks, and Overhead Displays
Portable display counters in printed fabric or laminate panel construction for reception and product demonstration. Hanging overhead signs for large booth formats where overhead presence identifies the booth from across a crowded show floor.

Trade show displays need to survive repeated setup, breakdown, transport, and use while maintaining their appearance. We produce trade show graphics on materials specified for this purpose: wrinkle-resistant fabric for tension displays, durable vinyl for retractable banners, and wash-resistant inks on table covers.
For a standard 10 ft x 10 ft booth, the most versatile combination is a full-width pop-up backdrop (8 to 10 ft wide) for the back wall, one or two retractable banner stands for the sides, and a printed table cover. This package covers the key display surfaces, transports in two or three cases, and sets up and tears down in under 30 minutes.
We print all trade show graphics in our Edmonton facility using water-based latex inks on materials suited to the format. Design and print are managed together, eliminating the handoff issues that arise when using a separate design firm and print supplier.
Tension Fabric Displays
Wrinkle-resistant fabric that stretches over the aluminium frame for a seamless finish. Proper storage in carry bag extends life for hundreds of setups without degradation.
Retractable Banner Vinyl
Durable vinyl suited to repeated rolling and unrolling. Quality retractable banner graphics last 3 to 5 years of regular use with proper handling and storage.
Wash-Resistant Table Cover Inks
Printed table covers withstand repeated laundering while maintaining graphic appearance. Water-based latex inks provide colour stability through normal wash cycles.
Replacement Graphics
We produce replacement graphics for existing retractable stands, pop-up systems, and tension fabric frames. More cost-effective than replacing functional hardware when graphics wear out.
