Banners are built for reuse. Stored rolled in a cool, dry location away from UV exposure when not in use, a quality vinyl banner holds its print through multiple seasons. If a banner develops a minor tear or damaged grommet between uses, we can repair it. When messaging needs to change, we produce a replacement on the same hardware format.

Vinyl Banners
Heavy-duty scrim vinyl in 13 oz and 18 oz weights, hemmed on all four edges and finished with brass grommets. Weather-resistant inks that hold colour through UV exposure and temperature cycling. Custom sizes from small event formats to full building-width outdoor banners.

Mesh Banners
Perforated vinyl that lets wind pass through the material, reducing stress on mounting hardware in exposed outdoor locations. Used on construction fencing, scaffolding, and outdoor installations where sustained wind load is a concern.

Fabric Banners
Printed polyester fabric for trade show displays, indoor events, and retail where a premium finish is preferred. Lighter and softer-handling than vinyl. Available as standalone printed panels or matched with retractable and telescoping display hardware.

Printed banner plus retractable stand hardware as a complete package. Sets up in under a minute, packs flat for transport, and holds the banner taut in a consistent professional presentation. The most common trade show and point-of-sale display format.

Materials and Finishing
Water-Based Latex Inks. No Cure Time. Professional Finishing Standard.
Every banner we produce uses water-based latex inks and is finished to the mounting requirements of the installation.
All banners are printed with water-based latex inks: scratch-resistant, UV-stable, and ready without the cure time that solvent inks require. This matters for tight turnaround situations like event deadlines or grand opening dates where there is no time to wait for inks to off-gas or cure.
Standard finishing includes hemmed edges and brass grommets spaced for the banner size and intended use. We also produce pole pockets at top and bottom for hanging rod display, reinforced grommet patches for high-tension outdoor installations, Velcro strips for display system compatibility, and weighted bottom bars for freestanding fabric applications.
We accept customer-supplied artwork in AI, PDF, and high-resolution raster formats. We review files for production readiness before printing and advise if adjustments are needed. If you need design assistance, our in-house team can develop or adapt artwork as part of the project.
13 oz Scrim Vinyl
Standard weight for most indoor and outdoor banner applications. Suited to events, seasonal promotions, and installations with normal handling frequency.
18 oz Scrim Vinyl
Heavier and more durable for long-term outdoor installations, high-wind locations, and banners handled frequently. We recommend the appropriate weight based on your use.
Hemming and Grommets
Standard finish on all banners. Edges hemmed on all four sides, brass grommets placed for the banner size and mounting method. Custom grommet placement and reinforced patches available on request.
Pole Pockets and Velcro
Alternative finishing for hanging rod display, display system compatibility, or installations where grommets are not suitable. Specified per project at no extra complexity.
