Common questions about the sign consultation process.

Is the consultation free?

Yes. The initial consultation is free with no obligation. We discuss your project, advise on sign options, and provide a written quote. There is no charge until you approve the quote and we begin the project.

How long does a consultation take?

Most consultations run 20 to 45 minutes depending on project scope. A simple single-sign project is a shorter conversation. A complete signage package for a new commercial build or multi-location rollout takes longer. We work through it at whatever pace is useful.

Can I do the consultation by phone or does it need to be in person?

Either works. Many consultations happen by phone or video call, particularly for clients who are not in Edmonton or who prefer to start remotely. For larger projects or when a site visit is useful, we can meet in person or visit the location. Use whichever approach is more convenient for you.

Do I need to know exactly what sign I want before contacting you?

No. Many clients contact us with a general idea and no specific format in mind. The consultation is where we help you figure out what makes sense for your situation. You can come with nothing more than a business name and a building address and we will work from there.

How long after the consultation will I receive a quote?

We aim to provide a written quote within 2 to 3 business days of the consultation for most projects. Larger or more complex projects involving multiple sign types or permit research may take a few days longer. We confirm the expected quote turnaround at the end of the consultation.

What if my project is outside Edmonton?

We regularly serve businesses in Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Stony Plain, Sherwood Park, Leduc, and other communities in the Edmonton area. For projects further afield or in other provinces, our North American Owner’s Alliance network allows us to coordinate with allied sign companies in other markets.
